Your data usage can be seen directly in the Avios Travel eSim portal under after logging into "My Account" and going to "My Plans".

Usage Alert Notifications

Usage alerts are intended to notify you of the amount of data used relative to your plan's limits. These notifications occur when a subscription crosses the 70, 90, and 100% threshold of data usage for your plan.

Usage alert notifications will come from noreply@roamavios.co.uk.

Top-ups

If you've received a usage alert, you may want to add data to continue receiving service while away on travel. To add more data to your plan, please see the Help Center article on Top-ups.

Limitations

  • Usage Alerts will only be sent at 70%, 90%, and 100% thresholds.

  • Usage records can have a delay of more than 24 hours.

  • When a Top-up is allocated to your plan, usage alerts are not sent when Top-Up data limits are exceeded.

  • Top-ups are only valid for the duration of the travel data plan.
