SIM Replacements: how-to

This article will go over how you can replace your travel eSIM if needed. Replacing your travel eSIM can be very helpful in the following scenarios:

  • You accidentally installed your eSIM on another device

  • Your QR code isn't working, but should be

  • Your eSIM isn't installing, even after you performing all of the troubleshooting steps

  • Your eSIM is installed, but just doesn't seem to be working correctly

Before you replace your travel eSIM, please be sure that you've followed the troubleshooting steps outlined here. If you haven't performed those troubleshooting steps, then it's very possible that there's another issue, and replacing your eSIM won't help.

How to Replace your eSIM:

Here’s how:

  1. Click on the blue "My Account" button in the upper-right corner here.

  2. Log in with the exact same email you used when purchasing the eSIM

    1. You'll be sent a login verification code to that email

  3. Navigate to your subscription

  4. Select the SIM you are wanting to replace

  5. Press the “Replace your SIM” button in the top right corner





Once you have selected to replace your eSIM, the following will happen:

  1. You will then be prompted to install your new eSIM

  2. You will be sent a new QR code to your email address for the new eSIM installation
