How long will it take for my Avios to be credited to my account?

All Avios earned from Roam are credited to your account on average in approx. two weeks time, but this can take up to 45 days. If Avios are not showing within 45 days please contact our support team at support@roamavios.co.uk with your membership number and your email linked to the Executive Club.

Usually, Avios not appearing is down to two possible reasons; not actually being logged in to your account when placing the order, or having multiple Executive Accounts using the same email address. We always recommend logging in using the membership number rather than email as this ensures you are in the correct account.

We are unable to move Avios from one account to another and if multiple accounts are held BA will need to be contacted to merge them.
